Shipping policy

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typical processing time is 3-10 days after payment has cleared to prepare for shipping for items that are ready made. Custom orders, pre-orders, and made to orders all have varying times, please refer to the items listing for estimated times. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please verify your shipping address is correct before you check out to assure your package will arrive to the appropriate destination. Rising Sun Apotheca is not responsible for delayed/missing/damaged packages once they are accepted by the shipping provider. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
